Terminal C at Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport handles most of the airport's international departures, including JetBlue's international arrivals, and hosts a strong mix of Latin American and European carriers. Passengers check in at the central Terminal B counters before heading to their gate in Concourse C.
Terminal C at Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport features gates C2-C10 and primarily serves:

Gates & Layout
Terminal C features gates C2-C10 (9 gates), reached after the main security checkpoint on the second floor:
- Gates C2-C6 - Handle the majority of American, Frontier, and Avianca departures.
- Gates C7-C10 - Serve Air Canada, Copa, Iberia, and JetBlue's international arrivals.
Note: Gate assignments at SJU are subject to change based on flight schedules. Always confirm your gate at the departure information screens or with your airline.

- The Lounge San Juan (Avianca Lounge, operated by Global Lounge Network — Priority Pass / LoungeKey): Located on the third floor. Pass through security checkpoint B, turn left, and follow signs to the 'Global Lounge Network' entrance, then take the elevator up. Open daily 6:00 AM–8:00 PM.
Immigration & Customs
- Domestic Arrivals (from the U.S. mainland): No passport or customs declaration required, treated the same as any domestic U.S. flight.
- International Arrivals: Standard U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) screening applies. International passengers arriving at Concourse C are processed at the shared CBP facility located between Concourses C and D.
- All international passengers must carry a valid passport, along with an approved ESTA or U.S. visa if applicable.
- Departing passengers headed to the U.S. mainland pass through a routine USDA agricultural inspection.
Access & Connectivity
- Terminal C is reached through the main Terminal B security checkpoint — no shuttle required between terminals.
- Beyond security, all four concourses (A, B, C, and D) are linked by covered walkways, with a maximum walking time of about 15 minutes between gates.
- Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the terminal (no password required).
- Charging stations: Power outlets and USB charging points near gate areas.
- Parking: Short-term and long-term parking accessible via Terminal B.
